The Manitowoc D570 Ice Storage Bin has a side hinged, front-opening door. The clever built in side grips allow you to lift the bin door from anywhere you are standing (left, right or center) even when you have just one hand free. The foam insulated door reduces sweat on the door and helps to keep ice lasting longer. Door is angled at 53° to allow for easier access to the ice in the bin, especially when scooping from the bottom. This bin features an ergonomic NSF approved sanitary ice scoop with a built-in knuckle and thumb guard. The scoop's unique molded retaining lip allows for maximum scooping every time. Its exterior Duratech metal finish has better corrosion resistance than stainless steel - making it smudge resistant and easy to clean. For use with top-mounted ice makers (sold separately).
