At Chefs' Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the unused items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
